Two photos: a front pose and a true side profile. The app checks your distance, pose, and phone tilt live, captures automatically once everything is green for 1.5 seconds, and then returns your measurements.
Before you start: wear tight-fitting clothing, stand against a plain background, prop or hold the phone vertically at about hip–chest height, 2–4 m away.

Check both bursts are sharp and the whole body is inside the frame.
